Just days earlier than one other potential authorities shutdown over the problem of funding for a border safety wall, President Donald Trump speaks to a crowd in El Paso, Texas, on Monday evening.
Trump, in a Monday morning tweet forward of the occasion, promised a “huge speech on border safety and far else tonight.”

Attendees have been streaming to the venue all day lengthy forward of the speech.
